STATE AND FEDERAL APPEALS

Preparing an excellent appellate case requires specific skills, and we are fortunate to have a number of attorneys who are skilled in this area of the law.

Attorney Shay Scott is experienced in handling civil appeals in both Oregon and Washington, and is admitted to federal district courts in both states. He regularly handles civil appeals in the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. Several other attorneys including Mike Haglund, Scott Horngren, and Julie Weis, regularly represent their clients throughout the life of the case, including at the appellate level.  Our appellate work is not limited to Oregon, Washington, and the Ninth Circuit Court, as our attorneys have also represented clients in the Tenth Circuit and the Federal Court of Appeals.
