Background
Tim Jones grew up in Stayton, Oregon. Tim received his undergraduate degree from Oregon State University and his law degree from Willamette University. He financed his education by working in the construction and timber industries. Tim has been a trial lawyer for more than 22 years. He limits his practice to representation of seriously injured clients in cases involving motor vehicle accidents, construction and worksite injuries, medical malpractice, maritime accidents, dangerous and defective products. Tim has a track record of consistently obtaining outstanding verdicts and settlements on behalf of his injury clients.
Tim is a member of the American Association for Justice, Oregon Trial Lawyers Association, and the Multnomah County and Oregon State Bar Associations.
Tim has been awarded Martindale Hubbell's highest rating for legal ethics and ability. He has been recognized annually as one of Oregon's "Super Lawyers" from 2006 through the present. He resides in Portland with his wife and three children.

Community Involvement
For more than 25 years Tim has worked throughout the City of Portland in a variety of volunteer capacities. He has served as Director of an emergency relief program in inner city neighborhoods of North and Northeast Portland. He has served as a member of the Board of Directors of St. Mary’s Home for Boys, and as a member and Chairman of the School Board for All Saints Grade School. He has worked extensively in coaching and organizing youth athletics.
