Ben received a B.A. in environmental studies with a focus on hydrology and geomorphology at the University of Colorado at Boulder in 2014. He lived in Jackson, WY for six years before enrolling in law school at Willamette University in 2020.

Ben served as the Articles Editor and co-Managing Editor for Willamette Law Review. He also earned the Certificate in Environmental Law, Justice, and Sustainability and graduated magna cum laude in 2023. He worked in the Director’s Office at the Oregon Department of Fish and Wildlife after his first year of law school and clerked at Haglund Kelley before joining the team as an associate following graduation.

Ben is a dedicated and creative problem solver who believes that the best results come from holistic and detail-oriented representation.
