Heather Reynolds maintained a solo practice in Astoria for over 40 years and is now semi-retired. She is ‘of counsel’ to Haglund Kelley, LLP, specializing in estate planning and probate. She is a member of the Oregon and Washington Bars, with an active practice in both states.
