Representative Work

Hired by Oregon Attorney General in 2010 to prosecute price-fixing class action on behalf of Oregon governments and consumers against foreign makers of flat screen panel products including televisions, computer monitors and computer notebooks.


Secured two large antitrust settlements for the firm’s clients in Westwood v. Weyerhaeuser and Coast Mountain v. Weyerhaeuser, $34.5 million and $14 million respectively.
