Eric is a tireless advocate and trusted advisor whose work is grounded in a deep commitment to delivering value to his clients. Eric’s diverse practice is rooted in his depth of experience: He is equally at home negotiating the complex acquisition or sale of a business as he is battling in the trenches of a bet-the-company case in state or federal court. In the courtroom and the boardroom, Eric develops winning strategies that he executes with speed and precision.
Eric holds a B.A. degree from the University of California Santa Barbara and a J.D. from Northwestern School of Law, Lewis and Clark College, where he graduated summa cum laude and was a Lead Articles Editor with the school’s flagship law review. Eric is a devoted husband, father and community member. When he’s not at the office, Eric can most likely be found at the Oregon coast with his family or at the Mittleman Jewish Community Center, where he serves on the Board of Directors and Finance Committee.
